For my final render I have placed my iteration into a gallery setting. I have chosen a clean, simplistic setting to draw attention to my model rather than the setting itself. The setting also clearly conveys that my iteration is rendered too look like a sculpture or statue.

81 iterations
This render shows all 81 iterations of my original model layered up in relation to how I edited them. Each row looks at a different direction using different modifiers but each
keeping in mind my three words, layered, harsh and triangle.
I think this layout is an appropriate and clear way to present my models, taking into consideration that one of my words is layering. I also think that this layout clearly shows the direction in which I edited my models by grouping them with models which used the same or similar modifiers.
Lights, shadows and background.
This image shows me placing lights in 3ds Max too give my model a more realistic appearance.
Here is an experimental image where i have applied a background, lights and
shadows to my rendered image to make it look grounded and more realistic.

Rendering trials with custom textures.
Screen shot of me applying a custom texture and bumpmap to my model in 3Ds Max.
Three trial renders of my chosen iteration using different custom textures.
The materials i have chosen are all very reflective. I have chosen these materials purposely to explore the idea of making my model look like a sculpture or an arichectural form, linking back to my second presendent image which i liked but didnt use to create my model.

Rendered iterations
This image shows a set of iterations which i created using the symmetry and taper modifiers to clearly reflect my words, layering, triangle and harsh.

Experimenting with SolidWorks.
My first experimental sketch using SolidWorks. You can see that i have been working off my presedent image, using it as inspiration for my model.
Design precedents
Here are some of the precedent images i found while exploring design webpages.
I will use the first image to develop my own model using Solid Works.
